I've been to Leadville, CO. Anyone else?

I attended the Colorado Mountain Pilot Association training and also went on the practical training flight.
While Leadville is a highlight (I bought souvenirs); Glenwood Springs CO was a more challenging airport.

Great experience. Please find a long weekend to go and take the training.

Thanks for sharing this excellent video highlighting R182 high altitude capability! Haven't been to Leadville but was in Ft. Collins in September. Would luv to take the Colorado Pilots Association has a fantastic Ground School and Practical Mountain Flying course with John Mitchell covering ALL the fundamentals of safe General Aviation flying and pilotage in the high Mountains.
Looking forward to more CO flying in 2025!
