NLG collapse of Cessna 210 - same NLG system as R/TR182

C210 has similar landing gear system as R/TR182 where SEB95-20 NLG down lock pin inspection applies to both.
Performing SEB95-20 adds a 2nd slightly larger down lock roll pin preventing NLG collapse from failure of the roll pin.
