Worn seat rail removed

After watching this rail the last four years I'd had enough of the barely legal oggled out holes for the seat latching pins. See 1) the worn holes, 3) the floor with rail removed, and 2) the removed rail with metal pattern cleco'd into the mounting holes to confirm proper alignment.
New railing was $460 from McFarlane(in stock) - if only the club's 10% discount was in place 3 weeks ago!
Now to drill out and install the new rail. Likely not as easy as it looks!
