Here are excerpts from the two accidents where the R182s were landed with NLG extended while both MLG were in trail.
In one the pilot describes complete loss of electrical power at night, below are 2 pages from the accident report. Conversation with the mechanic of the other accident airplane indicate the gear breaker popping was a pre-existing condition the kept another pilot from flying the airplane. By "bumping the breaker" after the accident the landing gear seemed to work normally.
