Defensive Transient Parking: Signage + tow bar for risk reduction

In community hangar for transient parking where the risk of damage(NLG or worse) from
tow motor ops is a concern.
Met with line crew Mgr who suggested signage and towbar placement. All good so far.
Turns out they did have to move our airplane to accommodate a jet and moved it by
hand so no damage done. Success!
