Always surprised to see R/TR182s without this gear mirror from Aero-Mach Wilco, LLC for $149.95 Was one of the 1st items we added to our airplane. We use it as a visual check for gear extension in our landing checklist.

Here it is on our airplane.

Yep. Had a gear mirror installed on my right wing many years ago, had to make a minor adjustment or two to match my parallax. But it provides a great and inexpensive added benefit to be able to visually see the nose gear.

If you read the STC carefully it says to install the mirror to observe BOTH wheels. Unless you Bend the mirror slightly, only the NLG can been seen. I Bent mine about 30 degrees down to accommodate this.

By "both wheels" assume you mean the nose gear and right (co-pilot) side MLG. The STC is for the 177RG and the 210 for the gear mirror linked above in this thread.
Most A&P's will install a gear mirror on the 182RG with a simple log entry and no need for an STC.
