1st In-Person gathering of R/TR182 type club at OSH 2025

On Tuesday of EAA AirVenture OSH six(6) of us met for drinks & dinner at Friar Tuck's restaurant next to the N40 airport perimeter. Attendees included Dan & Lyssie Wood who flew their 260hp R182 from California, WD Lewis who flew his TR182, me(Scott Sellers-300hp R182) who drove from SE WI, Matt Van Bergen(R182) who drove from N. IL, and Matt's pilot friend Zach who we are convincing to acquire an R/TR182.
It was delightful to share tales of our aviation & personal lives while our grumpy waitress earned the name 'nurse Rachet' as she tried to spoil our fun. Best of all the AC & drinks cooled us off from the scorching heat of day.
