Does anybody have a recommendation for a fuel quantity measuring stick for the 46 gal fuel tanks (88 useable/92 total) on the 79 and later R182?
I've seen them for a 43.5 gal useable fuel tank - I guess that's close enough but if someone knows of a vendor that has a fuel measuring quantity stick for the 44 gal useable, 46 gal total tank, please let me know.

Re: Fuel Quantity Measuring Stick
I could not find a commercial 46 gal stick. Buy the fuel hawk universal and calibrate it. I did this with a calibration point every 5 gallons of fuel. This will create a fuel curve that you can interpolate. You can also plug the data into excel and perform a "Least Squares Fit" of the data. It produces a 3rd order equation and graph. This will give an accurate reading over the entire span of the tank. I attached my curve for review.
