Congrats on acquiring Cessna's Single Engine masterpiece!
It took us a couple years to figure out the condition of all systems on our '78
and make necessary repairs & updates.
Suggest you begin with SEB95-20 NLG actuator down lock roll pin inspection.viewtopic.php?t=9

Any questions let me know.

All the gear service bulletins are done…. Except the roll pin mod. It’s on my list for sure.

In the event your NLG actuator is leaking you could send out the assembly to Cox Airparts who will not only overhaul it but also perform all SB's, including SEB95-20.
At OSH this year we saw lots of wet/dirty(leaking) NLG torque links indicating in the need to replace actuator o rings.
